Eloy Celis

Eloy Celis is an accomplished Project Manager with 16 years of engineering experience with a focus in the oil & gas industry.  Eloy brings his experience to Kenosha in upstream, midstream and downstream projects having worked on well pads, gathering pipelines, oil & gas facilities, compressor stations, gas plants, fractionation plants, chemical plants, refineries and LNG plants.  He has worked on many large projects ranging from $200MM to $1B TIC, even having the opportunity to work on some mega projects up to $65B.  Throughout his career he has supported projects in other markets including power generation, mining, nuclear, environmental, aerospace and manufacturing.  His technical background is in mechanical and piping engineering and has a high-level understanding of gas compression and gas processing.  Eloy is very experienced with vendor management of packaged equipment suppliers.  During his career he has coordinated and worked alongside hundreds of suppliers helping to deliver material and equipment scope ranging from hundreds of dollars to $50MM.  Eloy is highly skilled at influencing people, managing stressful situations, critical thinking, problem-solving, time management and leadership.  Honesty and integrity are at his core.  He stays focused on delivering fit for purpose solutions to our clients and partners while effectively managing costs and schedule.  Eloy graduated from Colorado School of Mines with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Business and Economics in 2006.  Eloy is a licensed professional engineer in Colorado.
