The processes that Kenosha employs covers everything from project/strategy planning, material requisitions, bid evaluations, award recommendations, purchasing, change management, material/equipment tracking and receiving, and status reporting. Contracting utilizes the same process as well as tracking field changes. Both processes can be tailored to meet specific project or Client requirements.
We use our expertise to work with our Clients, Engineers, and Suppliers to realize cost and schedule savings for each project, continuously improving that process to drive more efficiencies and to maximize the TIC value of each job.
